Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack, a graded spec sheet, a reference sample or clear photos with measurements. We confirm what is fixed and what is still open.

Fabric & trim
We propose shells, linings and trims from 600+ mills in Guangdong and Zhejiang, or work with the fabric you ship in.

Sampling in 7-10 days
A pre-production sample is cut, sewn and measured against your spec, then sent with a fit comment sheet.

Fit sign-off
You approve the sample, or we revise it. Nothing moves to bulk until the block, colour and trims are signed off.

Bulk in 25-35 days
Bulk runs on our own lines with in-line QC at every station and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.

Print & embroidery
Screen print, puff print and embroidery, positioned to your artwork and tested on the sample.

Finishing is where a sample and the bulk order usually drift apart. Ours stays in the same building as the sewing line.

Wash & garment dye
Enzyme, acid and vintage wash, with a lab dip signed off before bulk.

What is the MOQ for custom pants?
200 pcs per style, with sizes and colours split inside the style. A first trial can start at 200 pcs in a single colour.
Can we change the fit without a new pattern?
Rise, leg opening and inseam can be adjusted on the existing block; a different silhouette needs a new pattern and a fresh sample.
Which fabrics do you run for joggers?
Cotton fleece, French terry and brushed back fleece in the weights we already run for wholesale, plus fabric you ship in.
Can you match our wash?
Send a reference garment or a lab dip. We develop the wash on sample and hold it as the standard for every repeat order.
Can the trousers carry our label?
Yes. Woven labels, printed size labels, hangtags and polybags are applied in-house as a private-label programme.
How long does a trouser order take?
Sample in 7-10 days from an approved tech pack, bulk in 25-35 days after sign-off and deposit.
Can you copy the fit of a pant we already sell?
Yes. Send the pant or its measured spec. We copy the block, adjust rise and leg opening to your notes, then sample in your fabric.
Do you grade for extended sizes?
We grade from your size chart up to 5XL on request, and check the graded pattern on one sample before bulk.
