Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack, a graded spec sheet, a reference sample or clear photos with measurements. We confirm what is fixed and what is still open.

Fabric & trim
We propose shells, linings and trims from 600+ mills in Guangdong and Zhejiang, or work with the fabric you ship in.

Sampling in 7-10 days
A pre-production sample is cut, sewn and measured against your spec, then sent with a fit comment sheet.

Fit sign-off
You approve the sample, or we revise it. Nothing moves to bulk until the block, colour and trims are signed off.

Bulk in 25-35 days
Bulk runs on our own lines with in-line QC at every station and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.

What is the MOQ for custom clothing?
200 pcs per style. A first trial style can start at 200 pcs in a single colour, and colours or sizes can be split inside that style.
How is sampling priced?
Sample cost depends on fabric and construction, so it is quoted with the bulk price before sampling starts — you see both numbers on one sheet.
Can you make our own design?
Yes — OEM and ODM. Send a sketch, a tech pack or a reference sample; we develop the pattern, grading and trim list with you.
Can the order carry our brand?
Yes. Woven labels, brand buttons, hangtags, polybags and embroidered marks are applied in our own workshops as a private-label programme.
Who owns the patterns and the design?
Patterns developed from your tech pack stay with your account. We can sign an NDA before you send files.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Book a visit in Jieyang or a live video walkthrough, and third-party audits are welcome at any stage of the order.
What do you need to quote a full collection?
A style list with quantities, a reference sample or sketch per style, and the destination market. We reply with a costed sheet per style and one sampling schedule.
Can one order be split across several styles?
Yes. Each style keeps its own 200-piece minimum, but they share one sampling round, one QC standard and one shipment.
