Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack, a graded spec sheet, a reference sample or clear photos with measurements. We confirm what is fixed and what is still open.

Fabric & trim
We propose shells, linings and trims from 600+ mills in Guangdong and Zhejiang, or work with the fabric you ship in.

Sampling in 7-10 days
A pre-production sample is cut, sewn and measured against your spec, then sent with a fit comment sheet.

Fit sign-off
You approve the sample, or we revise it. Nothing moves to bulk until the block, colour and trims are signed off.

Bulk in 25-35 days
Bulk runs on our own lines with in-line QC at every station and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.

Metal or nylon zips, snaps, eyelets and drawcords quoted per style — no substitution without your approval.

Finishing is where a sample and the bulk order usually drift apart. Ours stays in the same building as the sewing line.

Wash & garment dye

What jacket buyers ask first.
What is the minimum for custom varsity jackets?
200 pcs per style. Sizes and colourways can be mixed inside the style, and a first trial can start at 200 pcs in a single colour.
Can we mix shells and trims?
Yes — shell, lining, rib and hardware are chosen separately, so one order can hold two or three colourways without a second MOQ.
How does letterman sizing work?
Send a graded size chart or measurements from a jacket that fits. We grade the block and send a sample for fit sign-off before bulk.
Can you match our lettering and patches?
Send vector artwork. We quote chenille, embroidered and tackle-twill options with placement and size confirmed on the sample.
Can the jacket carry our label?
Yes. Woven labels, leather patches and branded hardware are applied in-house as a private-label programme.
How long does a jacket order take?
Sample in 7-10 days from an approved tech pack, bulk in 25-35 days after sign-off and deposit.
Can you develop a new block from our sketch?
Yes. We make a pattern from your sketch, spec sheet or a couriered sample, then send a fit sample before anything is graded.
Do you supply the fabric or do we?
Either. We quote stock qualities from our mills, or run cut-make-trim with your fabric and report the real consumption after cutting.
