Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack, a graded spec sheet, a reference sample or clear photos with measurements. We confirm what is fixed and what is still open.

Fabric & trim
We propose shells, linings and trims from 600+ mills in Guangdong and Zhejiang, or work with the fabric you ship in.

Sampling in 7-10 days
A pre-production sample is cut, sewn and measured against your spec, then sent with a fit comment sheet.

Fit sign-off
You approve the sample, or we revise it. Nothing moves to bulk until the block, colour and trims are signed off.

Bulk in 25-35 days
Bulk runs on our own lines with in-line QC at every station and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.

Lining
Quilted polyester, cotton body lining or faux fur collar — chosen with the market you sell into.
Stitch detail
Panel seams, topstitch density and pocket placement set on the sample, then held as the sealed standard.
Hardware
Metal zips, snaps, buckles and eyelets in the finish you specify — antique brass, gunmetal or nickel.
Embroidery & patches
Chest and back embroidery, leather patches and printed artwork applied in-house.
Labels & packing
Woven labels, leather neck labels, care labels, hangtags and polybags under your brand.

Finishing is where a sample and the bulk order usually drift apart. Ours stays in the same building as the sewing line.

Screen, puff, discharge, foil and DTG, quoted per placement and size.
Wash & garment dye
Enzyme, acid and vintage wash, with a lab dip signed off before bulk.

Zips, snaps, eyelets, buckles and cord ends, from your trim card or our stock list.

Woven labels, leather patches, printed care labels and hangtags under your brand.
Packing
Polybag, tissue, size stickers and carton marks, packed to your retail standard.

What is the MOQ for custom leather jackets?
200 pcs per style, with sizes and colours split inside the style. A first trial can start at 200 pcs in a single colour.
Genuine leather or PU?
Both. Leather is quoted by hide type and thickness, PU by backing and finish — we sample whichever fits your retail price.
Can you copy a jacket we already sell?
Send the garment or clear photos with measurements. We re-cut the pattern, confirm the leather and send a sample for approval.
How is the leather cared for in bulk?
Hides are checked on arrival and cut in matched batches; care and content labels are applied to the market you ship to.
Can the jacket carry our label?
Yes. Woven labels, leather neck labels and branded hardware are applied in-house as a private-label programme.
How long does a leather order take?
Sample in 7-10 days from an approved tech pack, bulk in 25-35 days after sign-off and deposit.
Can you match a leather jacket we already sell?
Send the jacket itself if you can. We take it apart, photograph every panel and match thickness, lining and hardware before quoting.
Is a leather sample charged?
A leather sample is charged at material cost, and that amount is credited against the bulk invoice once the order is confirmed.
