Tech pack or reference
Send a tech pack, a graded spec sheet, a reference sample or clear photos with measurements. We confirm what is fixed and what is still open.

Fabric & trim
We propose shells, linings and trims from 600+ mills in Guangdong and Zhejiang, or work with the fabric you ship in.

Sampling in 7-10 days
A pre-production sample is cut, sewn and measured against your spec, then sent with a fit comment sheet.

Fit sign-off
You approve the sample, or we revise it. Nothing moves to bulk until the block, colour and trims are signed off.

Bulk in 25-35 days
Bulk runs on our own lines with in-line QC at every station and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing.

What shirt buyers ask first.
What is the minimum for custom shirts?
200 pcs per style, with colours and sleeve lengths split inside the style. A first trial can start at 200 pcs in a single colour.
Can we use our own collar and cuff pattern?
Yes. Send the pattern or a shirt to copy; we cut a sample and confirm the interlining and stitch density before bulk.
Do you make yarn-dyed stripes and checks?
Yes — yarn-dyed stripes, checks and chambray, piece-dyed poplin and Oxford, all sampled against your colour standard.
Can the shirt carry our brand?
Yes. Woven labels, brand buttons, embroidered chest marks and your hangtags are applied in-house as a private-label programme.
How is sizing handled?
Send a graded size chart or a shirt that fits. We grade the block, sample one size and confirm the spec sheet before bulk.
How long does a shirt order take?
Sample in 7-10 days from an approved tech pack, bulk in 25-35 days after sign-off and deposit.
Can you match our collar and cuff shapes?
Send the shirt or the pattern piece. Collar roll, interlining weight and cuff depth are matched on the sample, not guessed from a photo.
