New Autumn/Winter Casual Workwear Jacket (style JK4026) is a jacket made in our own factory in Jieyang, Guangdong. Fabric: Viscose fiber (viscose) / 60% viscose, 35% polyamide/nylon, 5% elastane/Lycra. Weight: 180-320 g/m2 as standard (150-180 for lightweight, 320+ for heavy); hand-feel confirmed at sampling. Sizes: S / M / L / XL / XXL. Colours: Black. Minimum order: 100 pcs per colour. Bulk lead time: 25-30 days after receipt of deposit and sample confirmation. Make and construction
- Collar: notch, stand or hood, with self-fabric binding or rib at the collar and hood edge;
- Placket: zip, snap or single-breasted option, with a storm flap behind the zip and a fabric-covered pull;
- Pockets: slanted, patch, sleeve or inside pocket laid out to your sample, bar-tacked at stress points;
- Cuffs and hem: rib, elastic or drawcord, with rib weight and recovery confirmed to your requirement;
- Finishing: garment wash, enzyme wash, easy-care or water-repellent treatment, inspected to AQL 2.5.

- Bulk lead time: 25-30 days after receipt of deposit and sample confirmation

- Payment: 30% deposit, 70% against the bill of lading copy

Customisation options
- Fabric substitution: move to another quality in the same price band, with composition, weight and hand-feel adjusted to your spec (re-quoted);
- Colour: dyed to your Pantone reference, with shade variation between lots held within grade 4; two-tone styles get a colour-block layout for approval first;
- Fit and sizing: EU, US or Asian grading; a base-size sample is made first, then the full size set is approved;
- Branding: main label, care label, hangtag and barcode sticker to your artwork - we do not sew our own label into the garment;
- Packing: flat fold, hanger pack or vacuum compressed, with carton marks printed to your instruction.
From enquiry to shipment
- Send your sketch, reference garment or tech pack, with target market, quantity and target price;
- Quotation and fabric proposal within 3 working days; fabric cards go out once the quality is agreed;
- Sample made in 7-10 days after the sample fee; the bulk contract is signed when the sample is approved;
- A 30% deposit starts production, progress photos come during the run, inspection before shipment, balance against the bill of lading copy.

Questions buyers ask
Can the minimum order be lower?
The standard minimum for this style is 100 pcs per colour. For a first order we can go down to 100-200 pieces, but that depends on the fabric minimum: some qualities are sold by the full roll, and below that quantity we would move you to an in-stock quality at a similar price.
How long does sampling take, and is it charged?
First sample in 7-10 days from your tech pack or reference garment. The sample fee depends on the construction and is credited back against the bulk balance; revisions on the same style are free for up to three rounds.
Can you make it under our own brand?
Yes. Main label, care label, hangtag, barcode sticker and polybag all follow your artwork, and we do not sew our own label into the garment. We also do not sell this style into your target market.
How is the lead time calculated?
Production starts when the sample is signed off and the deposit clears: fabric in about 7 days, cutting and sewing 10-15 days, finishing and inspection 3-5 days, then booking. Peak season (August to October) adds about 5 days; the exact schedule is confirmed on the order.
Can you send a fabric card and a sample first?
Yes. Fabric cards are free and samples are charged as above; courier by DHL or FedEx takes 3-5 days. We confirm your market and quantity first, so the swatches you receive are qualities you can actually order.
What if bulk does not match the sample?
The signed sample is the reference. Every operation runs to a tech sheet, and each shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 with a report and photos before it leaves. A batch outside the agreed tolerance is reworked or remade at our cost, with no second processing charge.
